Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website (the "Site") operated for the DJ performing as Layla.je ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents performance dates, short video excerpts of past sets, and a contact form for bookings and press. Dates and venues are published to the best of our knowledge and may change without notice. Where a ticket link is shown, the sale is handled by the respective promoter or ticketing platform under their own terms; we are not party to that sale.

3. Bookings

Messages sent through the contact form are enquiries only. A booking becomes binding solely through a written confirmation from us or our management. Fees, travel, technical requirements and cancellation terms are agreed individually for each engagement.

4. Media and intellectual property

All videos, photographs, graphics, text and the Layla.je name and logo on this Site are protected by copyright and related rights. They may not be downloaded, copied, re-uploaded, edited or used commercially without prior written permission. Details are set out in our Media & Copyright notice.

5. Contact data and privacy

When you use the contact form we store the information you enter (name, email address, optional event details and your message) on our own server in order to answer your enquiry. We do not sell or pass on this data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. The Site does not use advertising trackers. Technical cookies are used only to remember your language choice.

6. Liability

We take care to keep the Site accurate but accept no liability for errors, omissions, changed dates or for the content of external websites we link to. Use of the Site is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. For visitors in Germany, mandatory consumer protection provisions of German law remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Bern, Switzerland.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
